SHIPPING POLICY

We take best of the care to ship the product in right shape and maintain the quality as far as possible. Shipping for products in India is free hope that the shipping partner delivers you the product although delivery time may vary from time to time. At the time of placement of order, you are requested to kindly check the shipping quantity, price, your address and mobile number as they will not be changed after placement of order. We inform you that any restrictions laid down by Government and the policies may affect delivery time.  As the product involves creativity so the delivery period may vary between 7 to one month depending on the item.

RETURN POLICY

In case your ordered product is received in broken state or in torn stage only then the return policy will be applicable. We work with a small group of artist and work very in committed mode. We assure you with the best of product but there might be minor errors as each item is made by hand painting and no machine is used in our creations. Return or refund of the ordered product will vary from case to case and so if you are dissatisfied with the product, you are requested to kindly mail the details along with the photograph and it totally depends on the management to accept or reject your request regarding return or refund. If the refund case is approved then it will be returned within five days of approval in the account mentioned by the customer.
